Provide guidance, validation, and quality control for PAM implementations. Partner with product engineering, IT operations, security, and compliance teams. Mentor team members, participate in hiring, and foster continuous learning.
Conduct assessments, analyze access scenarios, and mitigate privileged access risks. Design and enforce policies ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues.
Require 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in PAM architecture. Deep knowledge of PAM capabilities like account discovery, session management, JIT, and DevOps secrets. Hands-on expertise with CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust. Strong IAM skills in federation, directories, MFA, SAML, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP. Experience with cloud IAM in Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP.
