Role Overview

Cardinal Health seeks a highly motivated PRN Retail Pharmacist for Spectrum Pharmacy at Cottman Avenue (3525 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA) and potentially Spectrum Health Pharmacy at 5201 Haverford Ave. This role supports entity-owned retail pharmacies serving communities in need. Operate Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (hours may vary), covering PTO and as-needed shifts. Key duties include immunizations, patient consultations, medication therapy management, and high-risk patient care in a 340B-compliant environment. Key Responsibilities

Dispensing and Safety

Under direct manager supervision, dispense medications and ensure safe, efficient delivery to all customers. Verify order entries, charges, inspections, and technician preparations for accuracy and compliance.

Consultation and Communication

Maintain open lines with customers and practitioner sites. Provide professional consultations to patients and prescribers at partner health facilities, enhancing care quality.

Team Leadership and Compliance

Participate in supervising technical staff, directing workflow, and ensuring the pharmacy adheres to best practices for 340B contract pharmacies.

Qualifications & Requirements
