  • Track active and inactive equipment, maintaining updated calibration lists and budgets for calibrations and pest control.
  • Manage supplier processes, including documentation, ISO certification, change notifications, and service updates.
  • Participate in CAPA projects, Kaizen events, site audits, and engineering department activities.
  • Support equipment validations by providing calibration data and validation certificates.
  • Serve as backup for process analysts in calibration, fumigation, differential pressure, temperature monitoring, and training processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance engineers to define calibration periods based on equipment performance.
