Role Overview

As a Process and Calibrations Engineer at Cardinal Health in Juarez Presource, Mexico, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes. This full-time position focuses on calibration, verification, and quality assurance of equipment, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards like ISO 17025. You'll collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as CAPA and Kaizen events. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide range of quality and process management tasks:

• Oversee the calibration and verification of equipment to meet ISO 17025 and quality system requirements.
• Evaluate and adjust calibration frequencies, operational ranges, and precision levels for optimal performance.
• Track active and inactive equipment, maintaining updated calibration lists and budgets for calibrations and pest control.
• Manage supplier processes, including documentation, ISO certification, change notifications, and service updates.
• Participate in CAPA projects, Kaizen events, site audits, and engineering department activities.
• Support equipment validations by providing calibration data and validation certificates.
• Serve as backup for process analysts in calibration, fumigation, differential pressure, temperature monitoring, and training processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance engineers to define calibration periods based on equipment performance.

Safety and Environmental Responsibilities

You will comply with national and federal regulations, follow EHS procedures, encourage colleagues to do the same, participate in inspections and meetings, report hazards, and complete required training. Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in metrology.
