The Process/Data Mining - Proc Excellence Sr Analyst position in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a key role within PepsiCo's global Process Analytics & Automation team. This senior analyst will support process transformation, simplification, and digitization initiatives across procurement and accounts payable processes. Leveraging tools like Celonis, UiPath, and SQL, you will implement and sustain process mining solutions, enhance the R2P Insights hub, and drive efficiency at scale. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will champion PepsiCo's technology and digitization agenda by identifying process efficiency opportunities and proposing innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to strategize and architect dimensional models, data pipelines, and schemas for process mining and KPI monitoring.
• Developing, implementing, and sustaining automations, analytics, and process mining projects using Celonis or similar tools, adhering to governance standards.
• Providing Level 2 & 3 SME support from ideation to delivery, including feasibility analysis, technical design, test plans, and documentation.
• Supporting RPA teams to automate manual processes discovered via mining, ensuring post-production stability and change request management.
• Acting as a subject matter expert to guide S&T teams, promote reusability of digital assets, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

Procurement and Accounts Payable Focus

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need a higher education degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Essential qualifications include:

• 7-12 years as a Process Mining Analyst.
• Mandatory SQL proficiency; must-have experience with Celonis, UiPath, IBM, or Signavio.
• 2+ years with analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Tellius; advanced MS Excel (macros, formulas, big data).
• 2+ years in automated ETL processes, analytics development, dashboard creation, and project/change management with UAT.
• 1+ year in programming (C, C++, PQL, Java, Python, .NET); substantial SDLC and Power Platform experience.
• Proven ability to manage complexity, learn new software quickly, document processes, and solve problems proactively.
