Role Overview

As Process Efficiency Manager in Voronezh, Russia, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize end-to-end (E2E) processes across functional towers. This temporary role, covering a maternity leave period, offers immediate impact through leading transformation projects that reduce lead times (PLT), enhance productivity, lower costs, and elevate customer experiences. Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will manage a team of experts, act as an internal consultant, and drive continuous improvement using proven methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC. Key Responsibilities

Your role will be pivotal in transforming PepsiCo's operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of experts responsible for diagnosing, conducting E2E analysis, and optimizing processes in functional towers.
• Collecting, evaluating, prioritizing, and rationalizing ideas and requests for process efficiency improvements.
• Leading individual transformation projects aimed at shortening PLT, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving customer experience.
• Leveraging expertise in improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC for process analysis and diagnostics.
• Serving as an internal consultant, assisting towers in norm-setting, process reviews, and preparing business cases.
• Training and developing competencies in process simplification across functional towers and E2E chains.
• Preparing and consolidating materials for forums with IT and Deployment teams.
• Implementing initiatives and analyzing their results to ensure sustained impact.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need a blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and soft skills:

• Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in process transformation/optimization and managing a department or team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and convert complex challenges into actionable solutions; objective and unbiased approach.
• Deep understanding of transformation and optimization processes.
• High-level communication and presentation skills.
• Free command of specialized information systems and office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Readiness for an urgent fixed-term employment contract during the primary employee's maternity leave.

Prior experience in the food and beverage sector or manufacturing is highly advantageous.
