Role Overview

As a Process Engineer in our Vladivostok sterilization workshop, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of production efficiency and product quality. This full-time position involves overseeing technological processes in the juice preparation and sterilization section, ensuring seamless operations within our cutting-edge facility. Reporting to production leadership, you'll contribute to Lean initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and safeguard the integrity of our beverage production. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will keep our production line running at peak performance:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with technological processes in the sterilization workshop (juice preparation section), swiftly identifying and resolving any deviations.
• Collaborate on developing new processes and refining existing ones, including production modes and schedules as part of our Lean manufacturing program.
• Conduct quality checks on products and work during juice preparation stages, analyze production data, and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Manage production accounting for raw materials, semi-finished products, finished goods, materials, and cleaning/disinfecting agents.
• Oversee operational accounting and ensure accurate reporting from shift supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A secondary-special or higher education in food production technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience with a higher education degree, or 3 years with secondary-special education.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP for reporting and data management.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience in the food and beverage sector, particularly with sterilization or juice production, will set you apart.
