Position Summary

The Process Technician I - Optimizer Saw role offers a night shift (6p-6a, 2-2-3 schedule) with competitive pay of $25.60/hour plus $1.50 shift differential. Under Site Lead supervision, you'll ensure efficient operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal for driven individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and solution-focused mindset. Excel in machine setups, quality checks, and team collaboration while embracing personal accountability.

Key Responsibilities

As Process Technician I, you'll keep the team informed with proper follow-up, adhere to escalation processes, and master specifications and schedules. Responsibilities include setting up machines efficiently, performing DTM tasks like lubrication and inspections, and filling in as operator or forklift driver. Utilize ALERE ERP and SAGE MRP for production entry, inventory, and end-of-shift reporting. Assist maintenance during breakdowns, plan ahead proactively, and maintain shadow boards and tool organization.

• Demonstrate mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Optimize cycle times using technical knowledge

Required Qualifications

Success requires fundamental knowledge of electronic sensors, pneumatics, HMI, mathematics, and cycle time optimization. Strong mechanical skills for troubleshooting, exceptional written/verbal communication, and independent multitasking are essential. Be versatile, open to feedback, dependable, proactive, and quality-oriented. Physical demands include lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, and reading manufacturing instructions. Excellent attendance is non-negotiable.
