Achieve 5-10% year-on-year cost improvements (reductions or avoidance) by implementing global and local sourcing strategies. Partner with Global Category Managers to develop strategies, capture local needs, and drive stakeholder adherence.
Identify preferred suppliers for key categories in collaboration with stakeholders and global managers. Develop strategies for locally managed spend, maintain a holistic view of demand and supply options, conduct RFPs, negotiate prices and contract terms. Assess stakeholder satisfaction with vendors and support performance enhancements.
Provide regular updates on project delivery to GPO and affiliate leaders. Work collaboratively to implement strategies that deliver additional value and efficiency.
Ideal candidates bring proven experience in procurement, preferably within biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related sectors. Key qualifications include expertise in indirect spend management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship optimization. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with knowledge of European markets advantageous. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, combined with relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS), positions candidates for success. Experience delivering measurable cost improvements and navigating complex affiliate environments is highly valued.

Enjoy competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and robust health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans. Wellness programs promote work-life balance, while generous paid time off and flexible working arrangements cater to diverse needs.
