Role Overview

The Procurement Director - Tech Services role is a strategic leadership position within PepsiCo's Global Procurement function, reporting to the Procurement Senior Director. • Partner with Strategy & Transformation teams to implement multi-year plans and supplier execution.
• Drive end-to-end processes including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, MSA/SOW negotiations, and benchmarking.
• Integrate GenAI and hyper-automation to boost procurement productivity and lower total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Design pay-for-performance models linking supplier pay to measurable outcomes like innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, set annual plans, and achieve goals in productivity, cash flow, and innovation.
• Manage vendor portfolios via spend analysis, consolidation, and preferred programs.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies and risk frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of global procurement professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements
