As Procurement Manager, your core duties include:

  • Executing contracts, qualifying materials and sites, and developing business continuity plans (BCPs) across businesses.
  • Tracking business demand forecasts, material availability, and cost compliance as the single owner.
  • Analyzing supply market dynamics to deploy negotiation levers such as should-cost models, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), eAuctions, and fixed/variable cost strategies.
  • Supporting transformational projects like M&A, manufacturing footprint optimization, and path-to-profitability initiatives.
  • Reviewing and signing off on RFPs, leading value engineering/productivity initiatives, and governing CVA/commodity pricing mechanisms.
  • Managing supplier relationships through quarterly scorecards, dispute resolution, and driving supplier diversity programs.
  • Collaborating with legal, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure ethical, timely decisions and supply security.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's or procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous.
