Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Spend Management

Supplier Performance & Compliance

Monitor supplier performance rigorously, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations. Manage control frameworks and reporting mechanisms for packaging spend, mitigating risks and driving continuous improvement in supplier relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior procurement category management position, ideally within the food and beverage or packaging sectors. Excellent influencing skills are essential for driving complex negotiations and building robust supplier partnerships.

Strong project management and analytical capabilities are non-negotiable, complemented by proven ability as an effective people leader. Expertise in contract writing, risk analysis, liabilities, indemnities, SLAs, and commercial terms is required. Demonstrated technical procurement knowledge of packaging conversion processes—particularly flexible packaging, corrugate, and folding cartons—will set you apart.
