Develop and own comprehensive packaging category strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. Anticipate needs and shape demand through proactive value creation in innovation and optimization.
Lead negotiations, contracting, and risk mitigation to secure optimal commercial agreements. Build enduring partnerships with global, regional, and local suppliers via joint business planning and continuous improvement.
Champion transitions to recyclable, compostable, and bio-based materials. Drive supplier initiatives for increased recycled content and reduced carbon footprints, aligning with ESG goals and regulations like LIGIE customs classifications.
Partner with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal to influence packaging decisions and deliver measurable impact. Provide team guidance and influence senior stakeholders with strategic communication.
Achieve year-over-year productivity via sustainable redesigns and emerging technologies. Ensure compliance and proactive business continuity planning (BCP).
PepsiCo seeks dynamic professionals with 5+ years in procurement, ideally in packaging or related categories. Key requirements include strong regional/global negotiation skills, hands-on sustainability experience (e.g., recycled resins, circular economy, carbon reduction), solid financial acumen with TCO analysis, English fluency, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
