• Conduct thorough Quality Checks, Compliance Checks, and Contract Checks on all in-scope PRs adhering to PepsiCo's policies and procedures.
• Execute the full Spot Buy process, including obtaining quotations, negotiating with suppliers, preparing tender summaries, and calculating savings.
• Monitor and drive country performance metrics, such as compliance levels, data quality, and KPI achievement for India and Pakistan.
• Process and approve PRs that pass Quality Checks and are ineligible for Tender Board, updating them in Ariba with bidding outcomes.
• Perform spend analysis, identify automation opportunities, and lead trainings for category users to boost myBuy adoption.
• Ensure data accuracy by reviewing and validating reports, savings calculations, and participating in monthly Ops Calls with action plan follow-ups.
• Provide timely responses to management, demand managers, and support projects enhancing system usage and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
