Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst, this role ensures Watkins products align with national and international regulatory standards. You'll support engineering teams in certification processes, resolve issues with safety agencies, and manage compliance with environmental directives like RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65. Ideal for organized, detail-oriented professionals passionate about analysis, integrity, and quality.

• Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST (2:30 AM - 11:30 AM PST)
• Hours: 9 total (8.5 working + 30 min break)
• Type: Permanent, full-time
• Experience: 3+ years in product compliance

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Monitoring & Identification

Assist in identifying relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for Watkins products. Monitor new/changed compliance requirements to keep the team proactive.

Certification & Registration Support

Prepare external certifications, monitor submittals for timely completion, and resolve issues between safety agencies (UL, Intertek, TUV SUD, IAPMO) and the company.

Documentation & Data Management

Maintain accurate records of test reports and certificates. Collect, manage, and analyze compliance data. Develop a certificate database for easy status tracking.

Audits & Training

Conduct internal product audits for safety certificate adherence. Help develop and administer compliance training programs.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication (verbal/written)
• Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of global regulatory frameworks

• 3+ years as product compliance analyst
