As a mission-driven company, we foster a remote-first culture that empowers every CrowdStriker with flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We're passionate about innovation, customer commitment, and building a cohesive team united by craftsmanship and excellence.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer II (Hybrid) in Arlington, Virginia, you'll join our global Product Design team, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. At CrowdStrike, product designers are equal partners with PMs and engineering leads, owning the user experience from conception to rollout. This full-stack design role demands leadership, creativity, and a focus on innovation. You'll work on large-scale distributed systems within the Falcon platform, ensuring intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity challenges. With a hybrid schedule requiring 2+ days per week in our Arlington office (or Austin, TX, or New York, NY), this position offers the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility in our remote-first culture.

  • Understand project goals to deliver high-quality design specs in a timely fashion.
  • Partner with product management and engineering to execute all projects, scoping work and balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Produce creative solutions to complex problems, informed by research and user goals.
  • Create clear user flows, specs, and prototypes for interfaces, using storytelling to communicate designs.
  • Organize content with a focus on usability, accessibility, and expansion of design system components.
  • Promote the design system for product consistency and provide team guidance through reviews and documentation.
  • Develop deep knowledge of CrowdStrike features to ensure cohesive solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions, ideally in SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to lead ideation within defined scopes and simplify complex user tasks and data.
  • Expertise in end-to-end UX processes: user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and research.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience using design artifacts to build alignment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, plus an online portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Ability to work hybrid from Arlington, VA (or Austin, TX; New York, NY) 2+ days/week.

Bonus: Cybersecurity knowledge, design systems, and platform design experience.

Benefits & Perks

CrowdStrike offers market-leading compensation ($100,000 - $145,000 base, plus equity) and unparalleled perks:

  • Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs.
  • Competitive vacation, holidays, paid parental/adoption leaves.
  • Professional development for all levels.
  • Employee Networks, volunteer opportunities, and vibrant office culture with world-class amenities.
  • Great Place to Work Certified™ globally, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
