Role Overview

As a Product Development Engineer at PepsiCo's Moscow Lianozovo facility, you will play a pivotal role in innovating fermented modern dairy products. This full-time position involves leading development projects from concept to industrialization, ensuring products exceed market standards in taste, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative projects for fermented modern dairy product platforms, pushing boundaries in flavor, texture, and nutrition.
• Lead initiatives in Productivity enhancements, Business Continuity planning, and Technical Brand Stewardship to safeguard and elevate brand integrity.
• Employ advanced methodologies and tools to design products that surpass competitors in consumer tests, organoleptic evaluations, and analytical metrics.
• Approve and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including recipes, product and raw material specifications, and technical regulations.
• Create technical information for packaging labels, conduct technological trials in production and pilot facilities, and drive quality improvement research programs.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss project statuses and strategies for fermented product platforms.
• Lead pilot and industrial tests to finalize product designs and manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates need a strong technical foundation and a passion for innovation. Required qualifications include:

• Higher education in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in food product development, preferably with fermented products.
• Deep knowledge of fermented product production technologies and principles of HACCP, technical legislation, and TR TS requirements.
• High motivation, agility in cross-functional teams, and advanced presentation skills (written and oral).
• Intermediate English proficiency with commitment to further improvement for global collaboration.
