Key Responsibilities at Rivian

• Brand expertise mastery: Stay current on training, products, and tools like POS/CRM for lead gen.
• Operational excellence: Handle event production, BOH upkeep, F&B support, cleaning, and premium displays.
• Premium standards: Relentlessly maintain retail, hospitality, and vehicle presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service, automotive, sales, hospitality, or field marketing.
• High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old (21+ for vehicle operation).
• Clean driver's license: No drug/alcohol incidents or >1 serious violation in 3 years; MVR monitoring.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays; willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in POS, CRM, Google Workspace; quick adaptability to new tools.
• Obtain sales/notary/food handling certifications within 90 days if required in Quebec.
• Physical stamina: Stand 8+ hours, lift 50lbs, frequent hand use, strong English skills.
