Role Overview

The Product Manager - Cloud role at Canonical focuses on commercial strategy and marketing leadership for key cloud native operations products: Juju, the open source orchestration engine; identity management across Ubuntu One SSO and Canonical products; and observability for charmed operators and system health. Based remotely in EMEA, this position drives product vision to ensure teams deliver the right solutions at the right time in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle by reviewing priorities and goals for Juju, identity management, and observability products.
• Work closely with engineering leads to oversee development processes and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align priorities, make data-driven decisions, and keep execution on track.
• Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities aligned with Canonical's vision.
• Develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and training to build high-performing units.
• Establish KPIs for project status reporting and communicate progress across Canonical.
