We are seeking a Product Manager to evolve HPCWorks as next-generation workloads integrate AI and quantum computing. You will define strategy and execution — bringing innovation to hybrid compute environments that blend classical and quantum capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for HPCWorks, including AI-driven and quantum-hybrid capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, customer success, and sales to deliver scalable HPC features aligned to customer needs.
- Translate market and competitive insights into clear product priorities and business outcomes.
- Lead go-to-market alignment — positioning, launch readiness, and messaging for new releases.
- Represent the product externally with customers, partners, industry analysts, and at conferences.
- Track performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and value delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in HPC, cloud infrastructure, advanced compute platforms, or distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of HPC architectures (CPU/GPU), workload scheduling, and hybrid deployments.
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows and scalable compute orchestration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Passion for emerging compute technologies such as quantum-assisted HPC and automation innovation.

The pay range for this position is 109,800 - 197,700 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
