Demonstrate strong financial acumen in P&L management, pricing strategies, deal structures, and promotional tactics. Deliver regional forecasting to inform demand planning and global marketing efforts, ensuring annual revenue and gross profit goals are met.
Build robust relationships across Sales, Global Product Management, Finance, Customer Engagement, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Asset Operations, Strategic Pricing, Legal, and R&D. Communicate promptly with sales teams on inventory, strategies, and pricing changes. Collaborate on sales training content and deliver sessions to equip teams for success.
Engage key opinion leaders, customers, and patient advocacy groups, with a focus on tradeshows and conferences. Become a product expert, understanding end-customer needs and market complexities to grow the portfolio.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with 3+ years in a similar role preferred.
