  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing
  • Build scalable technical sales enablement materials including LMS training and certifications
  • Develop high-impact assets: technical blogs, use case decks, customer stories, demo videos, webinars
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across practitioner and executive audiences
  • Influence product direction through customer insights and competitive analysis
  • Speak to both technical SREs/developers and C-level executives about monitoring value

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager in B2B SaaS/developer tools
  • Proven technical storyteller with exceptional presentation skills
  • Skilled writer with portfolio of technical marketing content (blogs, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Comfortable with technical audiences: developers, SREs, infrastructure engineers
  • Bachelor's in STEM field or Marketing (or equivalent experience)
  • Bonus: Experience with network monitoring, infrastructure observability, or cloud platforms
