Role Overview

Join the innovative world of lululemon as a Product Operations Educator at our iconic Robson Street store in Vancouver, British Columbia. Lululemon is more than a performance apparel company; we're pioneers in technical fabrics and functional design for yoga, running, training, and beyond. Our mission is to create transformational products and experiences that empower people to move, grow, connect, and be well. As a Product Operations Educator, you'll be the backbone of our store operations, mastering inventory processing, organization, and efficiency to drive profitable sell-through. No prior experience required – just a passion for detail, organization, and teamwork. This entry-level role offers flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic retail environment.

At lululemon Robson St., you'll support guests on the retail floor, execute omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store, and ensure our store runs like a well-oiled machine. If you're self-motivated, safety-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced settings, this is your chance to contribute to a healthier, thriving future with a global leader in athletic wear.

Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As a Product Operations Educator, your days will be filled with action-oriented tasks that keep our Vancouver store humming. Here's what you'll do:

  • Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
  • Execute inventory processing plans, including precise RFID inventory counts according to lululemon standards.
  • Receive and process shipments by folding, sorting, and hanging products to optimize space and productivity.
  • Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship products to appropriate locations, handling damages and consolidations.
  • Adjust product displays, restock, and destock daily to uphold store organization and visual presentation.
  • Support omnichannel fulfillment for market-relevant programs like ship-from-store and BOPIS.
  • Interact with guests on the retail floor, providing service or connecting them to the right team member.
  • Foster inclusivity by contributing to a respectful team environment for all.
  • Leverage in-store technology to enhance operations and guest experiences.

Expect a mix of independent work and teamwork in bright, energetic spaces – sometimes with loud music on the sales floor, other times in back-of-house areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

We make it easy to join – no experience required! Here's what we're looking for in our Vancouver Product Operations Educator:

  • Legal work authorization in Canada and ability to travel to Robson St. store reliably.
  • 18 years or older with flexible availability for varied shifts (mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle tasks thoroughly.
  • Drive and personal responsibility – self-motivated with a commitment to goals and accountability.
  • Safety orientation, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for inclusion & diversity.
  • Assets: High school diploma, retail/warehouse experience, or stocking background.

Physical demands include lifting up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders. Questions about accommodations? Email accommodations@lululemon.com.
