We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our Hyperautomation Service Team, specialising in Low-Code platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform and/or UiPath. In this role, you will drive automation initiatives by leveraging these technologies to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery through close engagement with implementation partners. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape our automation strategy and accelerate digital transformation across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation use cases, translating them into actionable Low-Code solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Low-Code capabilities, conducting workshops to uncover process optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external partners, architects, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of automation projects.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance Low-Code service processes, driving innovation and efficiency improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to anticipate and mitigate challenges in automation delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Low-Code development and automation platforms (Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath).
  • Strong background in requirements engineering, with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their optimisation through automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple automation projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Skills & Certifications

  • Agile-related certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)).
  • Certifications in Low-Code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals).
