Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal IT and external development resources, including vendor management.
- Project management and practical steering, often leveraging our Wrike application.
- Create and maintain training materials in collaboration with third-party providers.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and best practice exchanges with key users.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders across regions.
- Drive implementation of functional requirements and align with business and strategic goals.
- Oversee internal development initiatives, including integrations with enterprise systems.
- Ensure secure and sustainable solutions in cooperation with internal IT security teams.
- Monitor and report on global adoption and usage through data-driven dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
Your Profile
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global context.
- Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in hybrid, intercultural, and decentralized teams.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2); German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to our customer on a quarterly basis.
- Agile experience or DevOps familiarity? Perfect (but not strictly required)
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Jira, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
