Join Datadog as a Product Solutions Architect 3 - CloudPrem in Paris, France, and become the technical authority for our revolutionary CloudPrem family of products. This strategic role focuses on hybrid log management solutions that enable organizations to store, search, and analyze petabytes of logs in their own environments while maintaining seamless integration with the Datadog platform. As a key member of our Technical Solutions team, you'll work directly with enterprise customers and product teams to architect best practices, drive adoption, and ensure customer success at scale.

Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Serve as Product Expert: Be the go-to authority on CloudPrem and Observability Pipelines, guiding enterprise customers through adoption at scale.
• Architect Production-Ready Solutions: Design and validate hands-on architectures spanning cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and customer-managed environments.
• Optimize Deployments: Actively identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and standardize deployment patterns, reducing operational complexity.
• Trusted Advisor Role: Provide high-quality feedback to Product Management based on field experience with Support, Partners, and Customers.
• Publish Reference Materials: Capture repeat customer use cases and create Reference Architectures, automation patterns, and Implementation Guides.
• Build Training Content: Develop world-class training materials, solutions briefs, blogs, and documentation for Datadog's field technical teams.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Community, Documentation, and Evangelism teams to drive Log Management success.
• Hands-On Validation: Exercise products through proof of concepts and small-scale deployments to validate solutions and reproduce customer environments.
• Customer Empathy: Engage deeply with customers to understand operational pain points and drive measurable improvements in reliability and scalability.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this Product Solutions Architect role at Datadog, you need proven technical depth and customer-facing experience:

• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience including cluster architecture, networking, storage, and operational best practices
• Deep cloud infrastructure knowledge covering networking, compute, storage, and distributed systems design
• Familiarity with Security, Governance, and Compliance requirements across industry verticals
• Ability to dive into codebases, SDKs, and GitHub workflows for debugging and product influence
• Experience with Python and/or Rust programming languages plus JSON/YAML file formats
• Self-starter comfortable with bleeding-edge technology and undefined processes
• Observability market domain expertise including competition and customer needs
• Exceptional consultative skills for both internal teams and external customers
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to client sites

Bonus Points: 5+ years experience working with enterprise observability solutions, successful track record in customer-facing technical roles.
