  • Forecast and plan requirements for raw materials and packaging, including safety stocks and lead times.
  • Work with Bill of Materials (BOM), monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and manage blocked or quarantine stocks.
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in production planning, procurement, MRP, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP modules (MM, PP, APO/IBP).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, Power Query, and data analysis.
  • Higher education in logistics, economics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

No prior PepsiCo experience is required, but familiarity with food and beverage production processes is a plus.
