Position Summary

As a Production Associate - 3rd Shift at Sonoco's Jefferson Wood Reels facility, you'll report to the shift supervisor and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Earn $18.62/hr plus $1.50/hr shift differential on the 11p-7a shift (with some OT). Excel with excellent attendance, hands-on skills, and a keen eye for defects. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with departments and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Think on your feet to troubleshoot issues and situations quickly.
• Make incremental process adjustments, monitor, and report product quality.
• Learn to set up new jobs, train on other lines, and support various departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area; use downtime for cleaning.
• Perform all duties supporting Sonoco’s quality, safety policies, and supervisor directives.

Required Qualifications

• Sonoco mission-driven with 1+ year in manufacturing/warehouse.
• 'Get it done' attitude, urgency, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and read manufacturing instructions.
• Reliable, initiative-taking, quality-focused team player.
• Comfortable with repetitive duties, stairs, standing long periods, and fast-paced craftsmanship.
