Position Summary

Join Sonoco as a Production Associate II in our Greenville, WI facility. Reporting to the shift supervisor, you'll thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring quick, safe production of high-quality tubes and cores. This full-time role demands excellent attendance, a keen eye for defects, and a hands-on approach. Pay starts at $22.53/hr with overtime opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with departments and teams to meet production goals.
  • Think on your feet to troubleshoot issues and make incremental process adjustments.
  • Monitor quality, report defects, and maintain high craftsmanship standards.
  • Learn to set up new jobs, train on other lines, and support various departments.
  • Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized—downtime means cleaning time.
  • Perform all duties supporting Sonoco’s quality and safety policies.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
  • Forklift certification and safe operation experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong teamwork, initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of products, quality standards, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment.
