Position Summary

Sonoco is seeking a dedicated Production Associate for our Tupelo, Mississippi facility. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, efficient, and timely shipments of Sonoco products. This full-time, mid-level role demands excellent attendance, teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize the safety and health of all employees above all duties.
• Perform trimming work with knives or cutters and assist in assembly tasks.
• Assemble, pack, seal, label, and stack finished parts accurately.
• Remove products from production lines, verify quality specs, and ensure compliance.
• Sort, transfer, and palletize containers of finished products efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable with frequent bending, standing, stooping, and grasping.
• Proven success in fast-paced settings with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attendance and a commitment to quality and detail.
