The Production Frontline Manager position at PepsiCo's Regency Park facility in South Australia is a permanent full-time opportunity on Day Shift within the Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will oversee teams across Twisties, Doritos, and Biscuit/Cracker production lines, spanning both Processing and Packaging sections. This role focuses on coaching and managing your team to achieve site performance objectives, while leading the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans aligned with key business KPIs such as efficiency, productivity, and service levels. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence across production lines. Key responsibilities include managing your team to optimize line output, True and Net efficiency, cost and productivity targets, and service levels. You will collaborate closely with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to uphold product quality standards, HACCP compliance, and all quality systems, while ensuring materials and equipment availability. Leading continuous improvement initiatives will be central to your success, as will training and developing your team's technical capabilities. Your leadership will foster a high-performing production environment aligned with PepsiCo's ambitious goals.
Expect hands-on involvement in planning daily operations, coordinating shifts, and resolving production challenges to meet targets seamlessly.
Monitor KPIs rigorously and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost overall site performance.
To excel as PepsiCo's Production Frontline Manager, candidates need at least 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in operational or food manufacturing settings. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, manage, and develop teams to meet goals is essential, along with building technical capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering trust, cooperation, and support in a dynamic production environment. A core understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and other production management tools is required.
