Role Overview

The Production Frontline Manager position at PepsiCo's Regency Park facility in South Australia is a permanent full-time opportunity on Day Shift within the Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will oversee teams across Twisties, Doritos, and Biscuit/Cracker production lines, spanning both Processing and Packaging sections. This role focuses on coaching and managing your team to achieve site performance objectives, while leading the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans aligned with key business KPIs such as efficiency, productivity, and service levels. Leading continuous improvement initiatives will be central to your success, as will training and developing your team's technical capabilities.
