• Confident communication and collaboration with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain stakeholders.

• Excellent planning, ownership, and prioritisation in fast-paced manufacturing; analytical mindset with Excel proficiency for data interpretation and loss identification.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, labour management, and cost drivers; experience with SAP, automation, and Lean/Lean Six Sigma highly valued.
