Job Summary

The Production Member (Custom Coating) role on 1st shift offers competitive pay of $20.65 - $22.15 per hour, depending on hire date. Key Responsibilities

As a Production Member, you'll perform essential duties accurately and timely in a fast-paced custom coating environment:

• Production Operations: Follow standardized work, load/unload parts, clean, inspect, pack/unpack, and deliver to next processes. Meet or exceed production standards.
• Quality Control: Make quality decisions, accept/reject parts per DS-500 specs, place questionable parts on hold, and contact leadership.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, tuggers, hand carts, drills, sanders, and polishers.
• Data & Reporting: Record parts using scan guns/manual entry, collect data for continuous improvement.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Perform ERGO stretches, complete hazard observations, report unsafe actions, and maintain 5S visual workplace standards.
• Team Contribution: Participate in team environment, improve safety/quality/delivery/cost, and embrace Lean tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalency recommended; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Language: Read safety rules, work instructions, MOS/SFM/QMS/ERP systems.
• Math: Add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers/decimals.
• Reasoning: Apply instructions in written/oral/diagram form; understand basic reports.
• Physical: Stand/walk extensively, lift up to 40lbs, stoop/kneel; HPE may be required.
• Performance: Acceptable attendance/disciplinary record; no recent warnings or points.
