Key Responsibilities

Production Members perform essential duties accurately, safely, and efficiently:

• Follow standardized work and meet/exceed production standards daily.
• Load/unload, clean, inspect, pack/unwrap parts using scan guns for production records.
• Operate powered industrial equipment: forklifts, tuggers, hand carts, drills, sanders, polishers.
• Make quality decisions, place questionable parts on hold, and accept/reject to DS-500 specs.
• Collect data, deliver parts to next processes, and contribute to safety/quality/cost improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping via 5S/visual workplace, perform ERGO stretches, and report hazards.
• Participate actively in team environments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or GED recommended (not required).
