Conduct minor maintenance, assist with format changes, and support system rebuilds.

To thrive in this role, candidates need a completed vocational training (Ausbildung), preferably in the food or beverage industry. Technical proficiency with production plants and processes is essential, along with strong quality awareness. You should be comfortable operating standardized production systems, working independently yet team-oriented, and demonstrating initiative. Safety knowledge is non-negotiable—apply it daily.
