Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving line issues and oversee the maintenance of workshop equipment, guards, and safety devices.
• Supervise Critical Control Points (CCP) to uphold food safety protocols under HACCP systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Higher technical or technological education, preferably in the food industry.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience at a food manufacturing enterprise, with deep knowledge of dairy product production technology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian, with proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting trainings.
