Role Overview

As Production Shift Supervisor at PepsiCo's Lebedyan Plant, you will lead a production shift, ensuring seamless operations, team performance, and product quality. This full-time role demands strong leadership to manage daily production targets, equipment uptime, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will drive production success:

• Manage, develop, motivate, and control your shift team, optimizing staffing and performance.
• Oversee timely changes in production formats and packaging according to shift plans.
• Ensure on-time production of high-quality products in the required assortment and volumes.
• Monitor compliance with labor and rest regimes, maintaining continuous production flow.
• Control technological processes, secure raw materials and supplies, and adapt to plan adjustments.
• Contribute to developing and refining production processes, schedules, and efficiency initiatives.
• Inspect product quality, implement defect prevention, and drive quality improvements.
• Coordinate technical teams for equipment repairs, conduct acceptance checks, and report issues.
• Handle reporting, finished goods transfer to warehouse, and data entry in reporting systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and equipment readiness on the production floor.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Higher or secondary specialized education in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of production experience and 1 year in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of production processes in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in specialized information systems and MS Office.
• Pre-Intermediate English level is a plus.
• Knowledge of production planning fundamentals; priority for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) project experience or KL efficiency coaching certification.

This position requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
