- Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders.

- Monitoring of daily KPI (Plan v/s Actual) , Customer delivery adherence

- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in departmental operations.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.

- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge relevant to your role.

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operation of production lines.

- Monitor and maintain quality standards to meet customer requirements and company objectives.

- Train and mentor production team members to optimize performance and productivity.

- Coordinate with other departments such as , Industrial Engineering ,maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance to achieve production targets.

- Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.

- Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent qualification required with 3 – 5 years of experience.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Sound working experience on PCBA and Device process.

- Understanding of SMT, Wave, EMA products and machine.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
