Role Overview

As Production Supervisor at Cardinal Health's Juarez facility, you will oversee light-duty manufacturing operations, including machine tools and automation equipment. Key Responsibilities

In this critical leadership position, you will coordinate and supervise operations staff, administer policies, and resolve issues impacting work unit performance. Daily tasks include monitoring machine operations, verifying quality with gauges and statistical controls, troubleshooting complex problems, and fostering employee safety and engagement.

• Oversee setup, adjustments, and maintenance of bench- and floor-type machines, including numerically controlled equipment.
• Lead large teams in production and warehouse environments, providing training and coaching.
• Drive Kaizen events, Just Do It initiatives, and CAPA processes to enhance productivity.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and environmental commitments.

Qualifications & Requirements
