Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor at PepsiCo's Ha Nam/Ninh Binh facilities, you will lead manufacturing operations to ensure products meet approved quantity, quality, and cost standards. This full-time role involves shift work, collaborating with planning, warehouse, and contractor teams to execute production plans efficiently. You will supervise production lines, enforce safety and quality protocols like GMP and AIB, and drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will focus on operational excellence and team leadership:

• Collaborate with the planning department to align production schedules across teams and prepare equipment and 3rd-party staffing accordingly.
• Monitor material receipts, changes, and packaging specs to ensure seamless production runs.
• Supervise line activities for compliance with safety (OSH, fire prevention), GMP, AIB, environmental standards, and company processes like I2C.
• Oversee equipment management, investigate issues, and coordinate with executives and contractors on projects to meet KPIs.
• Track daily reports on KPIs (staffing, materials), evaluate team and contractor performance, and propose corrective actions.
• Deliver on-the-job training, support equipment calibration, set PMP goals, and handle rewards/discipline.
• Lead taskforces for process improvements, cost savings, and productivity gains.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 1 year in a similar supervisory role or 5 years in manufacturing, preferably food & beverage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, AIB is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts and proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
