The local lineup has expanded with world-famous PepsiCo brands such as Doritos tortilla chips. Since 2019, the company has taken over distribution of global non-alcoholic beverages including Pepsi, Mirinda, Pepsi Max, 7Up, and Lipton in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The factory in Maglić produces the globally popular Lay’s brand using local raw materials for export to EU markets.
Production occurs at the state-of-the-art facility in Maglić near Bački Petrovac, which, thanks to investments in advanced production lines and a modern finished goods warehouse, serves as PepsiCo's regional production hub for Western Balkan markets. Operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina are managed through logistics and distribution centers. PepsiCo places special emphasis on its people, their education, and empowerment. The company has been recognized as a Top Employer in Serbia for eight consecutive years and holds three such awards in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Results of this business philosophy are evident in responsible operations, collaboration with local partners and suppliers, and numerous community and environmental initiatives, including modern technologies to reduce CO2 emissions, electricity and water consumption, and increase recycling.
As a Production Supervisor at PepsiCo's Maglić facility, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily production operations for iconic snack brands destined for regional and EU markets.
