Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience; proven frontline supervisory skills required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience, validated by successful completion of a major improvement project.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building abilities.
• Demonstrated planning, organization, and constructive feedback skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States; valid driver’s license with safe driving record strongly preferred.
