Role Overview

The Production Supervisor - Flex Shift position at PepsiCo's SodaStream plant in Pennsauken, NJ, is designed for versatile leaders ready to excel across both 1st shift (7AM - 3:30PM) and 2nd shift (3:30PM - 12:00AM). Key Responsibilities

In this critical leadership position, you'll oversee daily manufacturing activities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating, promoting, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies, including administering safety training and reporting incidents.
• Adhering to production schedules, monitoring line efficiency, and reporting Factory KPIs during daily meetings.
• Managing inventory through daily reviews of receipts, cylinder scanning, work orders, and cycle counts, while resolving discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Supervising shop-floor employees, coordinating with temp agencies, tracking attendance and performance, and handling PMP processes like goal setting and reviews.
• Collaborating with HR, payroll, and cross-functional teams for staffing, recognition, disciplinary actions, and training administration.

Additional duties encompass maintaining clean work areas, ensuring equipment functionality, and driving quick-win process improvements.

Safety and Operational Excellence

Prioritizing safety is non-negotiable. You'll participate in Health & Safety Committee meetings and foster a culture of proactive incident reporting to protect every team member.

Leadership and Development

Lead by example, coaching employees for success, approving hours and PTO, and serving as the local Training Rep with Global HQ.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as PepsiCo's Production Supervisor, candidates need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong leadership mindset, work ethic, and knowledge of operational procedures including schedules, safety, and housekeeping.
• Excellent written, verbal, and technical skills for directing and training teams; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
