Role Overview

As a Production Team Leader at PepsiCo in Burgos, Spain, you will spearhead frontline operations in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Your primary mission is to direct staff, teams, and materials to achieve annual AOP objectives, measured by key KPIs, while adhering to company standards and principles. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal leadership position, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Distributing and planning the workforce to optimize production flow.
• Ensuring the safety of the team and product integrity at all times.
• Studying and enhancing human teams and machinery for peak performance.
• Solving production problems and incidents swiftly and effectively.
• Gaining expertise in line operations, maintenance, IPS, AIB, HACCP, PAE, WL, QW, and related standards.
• Leading QW and KPI review meetings to track progress.
• Conducting personnel evaluations to foster talent development.
• Managing audits such as AIB and IPS to maintain compliance.
• Creating and modifying production operations for continuous improvement.
• Analyzing projects to drive innovation and efficiency.

Compliance with HS&E norms, as defined in the GEHSMS matrix and received training, is non-negotiable, alongside following directives from your immediate supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as our Production Team Leader, you should possess:

• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

• Knowledge of mechanics and electronics relevant to production lines.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
