Position Summary
Sonoco is hiring a Production Worker I for the 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday-Friday) at our Stockton, CA facility. Earn $19.97/hour plus $0.40 shift premium, with overtime and Saturdays as needed. Initial training on 1st shift for about 1 month before transitioning. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you'll operate production equipment safely, support manufacturing processes, and prioritize safety to meet plant goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities
- Catch, bundle, and stack partitions efficiently.
- Catch strips and properly feed hoppers.
- Identify and separate defective partitions from quality products.
