Position Summary

Join Sonoco's tube and core division as a Production Worker in Neenah, WI. Reporting to the shift supervisor, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring quick and safe operations. Pay starts at $24.59/hr with available 2nd shift (2:45pm-10:45pm, Mon-Fri, $0.26 differential) and 3rd shift (10:45pm-6:45am, Sun-Thu, $0.40 differential). Must be flexible for overtime. Enjoy a $2,000 sign-on bonus—$1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days. Excellent attendance and a proven record in fast-paced settings are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with other departments and teams.
• Think on your feet to troubleshoot problems and situations.
• Make incremental process adjustments, monitor, and report quality of manufactured product.
• Learn to set up new jobs, train on other lines, and assist departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform all duties as designated by supervisor/manager in support of Sonoco’s quality and safety policies.
• Utilize downtime for cleaning and straightening.

Required Qualifications

• Sonoco mission-driven with a “get it done” attitude and urgency.
• 1+ year in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Forklift Certification and safe operation experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, climb stairs, and perform repetitive duties.
• Strong teamwork in fast-paced settings, working knowledge of products/quality, and ability to read instructions.
• Reliable, initiative-taking, quality-focused with analytical and organizational skills.
