Position Summary
As a Production Worker / Caulk Line Packer in Beavercreek, OH, you'll report to the Shift Supervisor on 2nd (3pm-11pm) or 3rd (11pm-7am) shifts, earning $20.39/hour plus $0.75 shift differential. Your role involves safely and efficiently packing fiber caulk tubes into boxes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments and teams to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot issues, clear jams, and drive operational improvements
- Monitor and report product quality while making process adjustments
- Consistently load caulk tubes into boxes with precision
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and work on elevated platforms
- Support Sonoco's quality and safety policies and assist other departments
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attendance record for team success
- Proven track record in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work with teams and spot defects on the packing line
- Strong hands-on, analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail
