Position Summary

Join Sonoco in Lübeck as a Produktionsmitarbeiter / Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) on a one-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery in a dynamic, safety-focused environment, producing high-quality paper packaging for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor individual machines and production lines
• Control material flow and machine performance
• Handle deployment and documentation of materials
• Assist with machine changeovers and support other workstations
• Perform machine setups, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training preferred, or production experience
• Basic PC application skills
• Good German language skills (spoken and written)
• Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
• Willingness to work shifts
