Role Overview

As a Professional Services Associate Project Manager (Remote), you will play a pivotal role in deploying Platform Services projects for CrowdStrike's valued customers. This dynamic position involves managing 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects concurrently while supporting queue management and coordination efforts. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll leverage excellent organizational skills, seamless context switching, and a foundational understanding of CrowdStrike solutions like the Falcon platform. Working independently with PMO support, you'll collaborate with technical teams, sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure flawless project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Support queue management for on-hold projects, ensuring swift prioritization and resolution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations using industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate daily with clients to gather critical information, provide timely updates, and expertly manage expectations.
• Support technical resources across projects to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
