The Programmatic Media Lead role at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is a pivotal position within the in-house media buying operations across North America. Reporting into senior media forums, you'll provide strategic oversight, guide teams, and champion efficiency through automation and data-driven decisions. Lead the operational execution of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, and performance that exceeds expectations. Establish and enforce operational standards, processes, and governance to drive efficiency, accuracy, and measurable results across all initiatives.
Champion the adoption of automation, advanced tools, demand-side platforms (DSPs), retail media, ad verification, and data integration to enhance media effectiveness and deliver superior ROI. Shape audience strategies using segmentation, first-party data, targeting, and frequency controls.
Own financial stewardship by managing budgets, forecasting performance, optimizing spend, and upholding compliance, brand safety, privacy regulations, and fraud prevention. Safeguard media investments while maximizing business impact.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering growth, engagement, and operational excellence. Partner with brand, marketing, finance, procurement, and legal teams to align media execution with broader goals. Represent in-house operations at senior levels with insights and thought leadership.
