Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll wear multiple hats to support PepsiCo's consumer research transformation. Primary duties include:

• Working closely with Program Managers, Sensory Scientists, and vendors to design and program each consumer research study, adhering to global EXP protocols for time and cost efficiencies.
• Leading questionnaire generation by applying silver (AI)-ready data tags, securing approvals from EXP category scientists, and programming into EyeQuestion software.
• Generating comprehensive study designs, such as sequential monadic or monadic formats, including serving orders, blinding codes, and sharing with fieldwork agencies and Category Leads.
• Providing 'on-call' support during fieldwork to resolve system issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations.
• Closing out studies post-fieldwork and handing over to Data Analysts, while partnering with stakeholders to identify new methods for enhanced efficiency and quality.
• Maintaining visibility and transparency using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 tools for seamless collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a blend of technical prowess and analytical acumen:

• BS in a relevant scientific discipline such as Data Science, Sensory Science, or Statistics; background in statistical analysis, sensory processes is a plus.
• 5-6 years of experience in quantitative consumer research designs and systems.
• Working knowledge of sensory and statistical analysis programs, specifically EyeQuestion, LabVantage, and O365.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and distill it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), fluent in English, with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• High degree of ownership, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail.
